INDICATIONS
APERVIN-500 is indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections caused by E.coli, Clostridia, Salmonella, Proteus, Corynebacteria,
Brucella, Klebsiella, Staphylococci, Streptococci and Pasteurella.
APERVIN-500 is mainly used for the treatment of necrotic and ulcerative enteritis that affects poultry and other animals. It is also used for the treatment of diarrhea and pulmonary infections in Lambs, Kids, Calves, and Foals.
DOSAGE
ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Oral
Mammals: 11-22 mg / kg b.w.
Poultry: 20 mg / kg b.w.
Poultry: 0.5 gm / 2 liter of drinking water daily for 3-5 days.
Lambs, Kids, Calves and Foals: 0.5 gm /10 kg body weight twice daily for 3-5 days in drinking water or milk.

DISCRIPTION
APERVIN-500 is a semi synthetic broad-spectrum bactericidal penicillin derivative acts by inhibition of cell wall synthesis and is rapidly absorbed in the upper part of the intestine. It reaches its highest plasma concentration within two hours and is mainly excreted in urine and bile.
