INDICATIONS
OXETINE is indicated for treatment of G.I, urinary and respiratory tract infections, enteritis and diarrhea caused by bacterial infection in poultry and ruminants.
It is also used for treatment of Air Saculitis, Omphalitis, Infectious Sinusitis, Infectious Synovitis, CRD and Coryza.
DOSAGE
ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Oral
GENERAL PHARMACOLOGICAL DOSE: 20 mg/ kg b.w.
DOSAGE :
Poultry: 0.25 gm / 1 liter of drinking water daily for 5- 7 days.
Sheep, Goats, Cattle and Calves: 1 gm / 10 kg b.w. for 3- 6 days.

DISCRIPTION
Oxytetracycline a broad-spectrum bacteriostatic antibiotic active against gram positive and gram negative bacteria, some large viruses, Mycoplasma, Rickettsia and Chlamydia.
