INDICATIONS
TOLVON is effective against Mycoplasma especially Mycoplasma gallisepticum , which is implicated in the chronic respiratory disease complex in poultry and infectious sinusitis in turkeys.
TOLVON is indicated for the treatment of many respiratory tract infections such as : Airsacculitis, Infectious Sinusitis, Infectious Synovitis, Infectious Coryza , Chlamydia, Spirochaetosis and stress conditions following live vaccination.
DOSAGE
ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Oral
GENERAL PHARMACOLOGICAL DOSE: 20-50 mg / kg b.w.
DOSAGE:
Poultry: 0.5 gm / 1liter of drinking water daily for 3- 5 days.

DISCRIPTION
Tylosin is a macrolide bacteriostatic antibiotic highly effective against Mycoplasma, gram positive bacteria and certain spirochaetes.
Tylosin is absorbed rapidly from the G.I.T. and acts by inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis.
