INDICATIONS
TOPRASIN is highly effective against mycoplasma and gram – positive bacteria.
TOPRASIN is indicated for treatment and control of respiratory infections in chickens flocks associated with Mycoplasma species like M. Gallisepticum , M . Synoviae , Ornithobacterium Rhinotracheale , Pasturella Spp and gram positive bacteria.
DOSAGE
ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Oral
GENERAL PHARMACOLOGICAL DOSE : 15 mg/ kg b.w.
Poultry: 0.3 ml / 1liter of drinking water for the first 3 days of age.
Repeat the same dose at 21 days of age.

DISCRIPTION
Tilmicosin is Macrolide antibiotic synthesized from tylosin and has activity against gram positive bacteria and Mycoplasma, although some gram negative bacteria are affected.
Tilmicosin acts by inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis, and characterized by rapid absorption through G.l.tract.
